CDI has consistently good service and… CDI has consistently good service and good equipment that rarely has issues. Over 95 percent of equipment is in working condition now and when received. I have two RMAs in the last three years. Compare this to other refurbished suppliers, with twice the DOA rate, twice the failure rate in less time, no comparable warranty, and no reachable customer service.

Lack of response almost a year`s wait! We had been in contact about getting licensing and protections set-up on our school`s devices for months. The process was started in March/April of 2018; we were not fully set-up with licensing and protections until February/March of 2019! Why! Because we were not informed 2x that our sales rep had changed! All the dealings I had with our 2nd sales rep were great, productive and helpful, and then between when we licensed and GoGuardian was added another new sales person. This was beyond poor! Bad communication and I can't help but wonder if this is why you lost 2 staff members during that time frame.

Everything I want from a tech vendor I have always had well informed, trustworthy information from my representative. The hardware has always been high quality at a good price. Communication has been quick and efficient. We have been ordered 4 times over the last 5 years. They are our go-to vendor for new and refurbed machines.
