I initially went to San San Computer… I initially went to San San Computer when my beloved Lenovo X220 crashed. Lenovo technicians could not recover my data. Instead they sent me new operating software. Rather than load the software Lenovo provided, I went to San San. Am so glad I did as San San recovered almost all of my data! Fast forward a year... I dropped my iPhone and not only cracked the screen, the device was "blipping". San San repaired the phone and it works fine even 2 years later! On the wall of their store hangs many awards and affiliations with computer companies. If you're having a problem with your computer or phone, don't hesitate...go to San San!

Excellent Transaction I have a ASUS notebook that I was having issues with the keyboard not working properly. At the time I didn’t know who to take too. I did some research on Google and saw the positive reviews for San San Compter. So I reached out San San Computer via email explained the problem ,within an hour the gentlemen Steve responded back explaining the labor and cost. Several questions was asked and responded immediately. So I decided to take notebook to San San Computer for repairs. I never been so please with the service and communication that made this transaction so painless. Thank you again Steve my wife is enjoying her notebook. The staff looked like they didn’t give… The staff looked like they didn’t give a crap when I brought in my thinkpad. $80 and three trips later, the problem still isn’t resolved.

Memory lost, trust lost I gave the young man the computer, and a note from my son indicating what needed to be done. I read the note to him, and he taped it to the laptop. The note specified to not lose the information, but he deleted all the info off the Asus laptop after waiting several weeks, only to be very disappointed. My son will not trust to use your services any longer, the loss traumatized my son disabled.
