GBGreat Place! What a wonderful place. Honest and trustworthy. Steve was very helpful and did a great job. Back in March my MacBook Pro was making a horrible noise. At first he thought it might be the speaker, but then he said it was the fan. He opened it up and cleaned it thouroughly. That didn't work, so he ordered a fan which came in 2 days. It took him less than 15 minutes to replace the fan. I highly recommend San San!

GBA+ Service I came in to get my battery replaced on my Macbook retina pro. He finished everything within a few days without any problems and it works great. Very knowledgable guy who will give you the best deal and not try to scam you. He even made sure to ask if I went to Apple first to try and get a quote or get it fixed for free (which they didnt provide). He also tried to fix the battery cycles before completely replacing the battery (that would have been cheaper). So he will try his best to give you the best deal/situation. He has very reasonable prices as well. Please note: the owner and main guy you will deal with speaks english just fine, but one of his workers does not (which is to be expected in Flushing lol). So there was a time when I came in but he was out, and I couldn't converse with the guy working and just had to come back an hour later. And also another time when I called and just had to call back again later. Not a big deal.

GBfound san san on google found san san on google, Problem with my mac computer - Very satisfied with the quality of service from steve and his colleagues. My computer was repaired and returned to me very quickly. I would definitely use san san again.
