HP Printhead We purchased a printhead for an older printer from them and that part of the process was great and the printhead came and was exactly what we needed. The incessant calling for a review to be posted is why this company does not have a 5 star rating from me. Multiple calls over a two business day period of time. I am busy while I am at work so Friday afternoon and Monday is not the time to be repeat calling me just for a review to be posted.

Was a good product but took to long to… Was a good product but took to long to arrive and after multiple times of contacting the company I kept being told they would call me back and or send me tracking info. Finally after my 3rd time calling I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Max Hunter, who followed up completely with me and as for him personally I would give him a raving 5 star review. If you had more people like Max this would be a great review but because of previous people I dealt with I have to go with a 3 star review but will purchase from this company again but will be requesting Max to help me with everything I order in the future.
