No "unlimited" data! RedPocket advertises unlimited data plans with "a reduction in speed once allotted GB is exceeded." But in my case reduction in speed did not mean slower data, it meant NO data. Two "troubleshooting" chats of 60-90 minutes each could not resolve this problem. I kept being told that streaming would not be possible at slower speed, but the problem was NO data at all, not high-data applications. I noted this issue within weeks of starting my annual plan, but RedPocket would not refund me. To make matters worse, RedPocket then threatened to disallow porting out my phone number (i.e., holding my phone number hostage) because I started a credit card dispute. Beware when dealing with this scammy company!

We forgot to renew our annual plan on one of our phones and he was able to restore the phone line (re-port the number) and activate a quick 1Month plan to get things moving again! Fantastic support! Red Pocket Mobile is second to none in every way!!! Red Pocket Mobile is the best MVNO I've ever used. Not only do they offer service from all 3 major carriers, but they make switching between them very easy. Their pricing is excellent but what really stands out to me is the quality of their customer service. Even if problems arise, which in wireless is a given, they are knowledgeable and very quick to set things right. If I have an issue, which isn't often, I don't dread calling them up like I do with most companies. You can understand them and they are very kind and get to you quickly. They don't leave you holding for an hour like some companies do. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs great wireless service. And by the way, the actual service is just as good as the carrier you choose to use, whether that be AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. Why would you pay more to be directly connected with an MNO?
