Tech support with teeth I use AmpliTube 5 every day. I've been playing guitar since the 60's so I have a lifetime of experience with the analog versions of the gear. I recently encountered a couple of issues that were impacting my work flow that I just couldn't navigate by myself. I contacted tech support this morning and they promptly responded. It took twelve messages back and forth. They were fabulous and they got everything straightened out very quickly. Making great gear is important and keeping it up and running smoothly so the focus stays on music production is essential. IK Multimedia has been a game changer for me. Real tools for real artists.

support dont help or care I will never buy from IK multimedia again. I have begged for support for 6 days and nothing. Except asking for screen shots and no remedies they barelyr respond then they don't know how to fix anything. ASIo settings don't work screen wont maximize and support ignores you, I would give less than 1 star don't spend any money with them I will cancel mine immediately, I really wanted this software so disappointed I don't want the software but they wont work with me help me at all. I'm going to garageband instead recommend all do the same. I'm very angry and very disappointed
