I have had a Kall8 account since the… I have had a Kall8 account since the early 2000's. They are the rock of reliability and decent prices for having multiple toll free numbers that are so easy to direct to any phone number.

Perfect toll-free service with great features I got my Kall8 toll-free number 13 years ago when I moved my small business to another state and it's been super! I got to choose among a long list of numbers which was awesome! Besides the obvious benefit of inviting more callers, Kall8 emails me after every call ends so even when I'm away from the phone I know when a call has come in. It's very easy to change the "ring to" number so I can have all my Kall8 calls ring to my cell or my home phone when no one is in the office. The fee is so reasonable but I keep it as low as possible by answering, taking in the caller's purpose or question, and then saying I'll call back in a minute with the answer. I'm on the verge of retiring & terminating that number, but I wouldn't use any other toll-free service but Kall8.

I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user… I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

No response for new account setup or support Signed up for a new account but the account setup from Kall8 never got completed. I left my phone number on their voicemail, I have emailed them - Their customer support or new sales are not responding at all.

I receive a number of calls that aren't… I receive a number of calls that aren't even calls but I am charged for them, individually they aren't much but the total at the end of month adds up. In all fairness I just checked my billing history, and it looks like that has been fixed The faxing feature is not reliable, I have people try to fax me and the fax did come through and I had to send them to another fax number.
