GBKall8 Review I have a few 800 numbers with Kall 8 and I am somewhat satisfied with the service but I keep getting numerous people calling me looking for a doctor in which I am not and in return it has been running my phone bill up every month. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Also the fax service is not working properly and when I call I get the same guy which is probably the owner acting if he does not want to help or address my concerns. Kind of like I am bothering him! I am trying to hang in their with this company because I have been with them for a long time but if they do not shape up, I am going to take my business to someone who appreciates my loyalty. Thanks

GBKall8 sucks Kall8 uses old technology. If I want to make outgoing calls, I have to call them and use a pin like a 19080's calling card. When a call shows up on my phone, I don't know if it's forwarded from Kall8 or if it's a spam call from a spoofed number. I had to request a $500 line of credit to make outgoing calls and I never got a response if I was approved or not. When I called to cancel, they sent me to their "retention team". I don't want to be retained as a customer. I was sent to a voicemail claiming it was "after business hours, even though I had spoken to someone 30 seconds prior. When I called back, they are still open.

GBI have had a Kall8 account since the… I have had a Kall8 account since the early 2000's. They are the rock of reliability and decent prices for having multiple toll free numbers that are so easy to direct to any phone number.

GBI've been really happy as a Kall-8 user… I've been really happy as a Kall-8 user for over 17 years now. Being able to route calls based on time/day has made it invaluable. I'd be glad to report on my recent experiences with Customer Service -- except that in 17 years, I think I have only needed to contact them maybe 1-2 times, many years ago. (It was positive then.)

GBI like working with this company I like working with this company. Calls are clear and good quality. Billing is efficient. Their service is saving my company a lot of money compared to traditional phone companies. In three years, I have not had to call customer service.
