Tech Support Tech Support, Customer Service has deteriorated from when I first became a customer, years ago. It may be hit and miss depending on who you get on the phone. This time the rep. Was rude and sarcastic; not patient and understanding of a customer having frustrations when calling in (because they did not respond to 'ticket' and e-mail, due to Voip not working, or not working properly). I will try to call again, later or tomorrow, in hopes of getting a better Customer Service rep. Thank you.

Voipo is excellent! Voipo was always able to provide me with reliable phone service for several months now. I can't imagine working right now without Voipo. I have experienced minor issues but their friendly customer service was always able to help me fix it. I definitely recommend Voipo 100%.

VOIPO is one of the best phone services… VOIPO is one of the best phone services out there in my experience. I've had a subscription since 2011, and so far all my calls have been of excellent quality with no problems. When I did have an issue, customer service was always quick to help me out.
