Poor service quality Poor service quality, missed calls. The mobile app is useless as it does not have push notification service so battery drains very quickly. Voipo sends you voip adapter that you are supposed to return them at YOUR OWN expense. Also, they claim billing cycle starts at the day of order but I could not use their service on first day as the adapter was still in transit. They refused to refund/prorate the cost. Finally, their customer support is referring to Service Agreement terms that has never been published

Quality Service that just works. I was very skeptical when we moved from traditional landlines to one of the original VOIP providers early last decade. We needed the phones to work without disruptions to our business. We were happy with the quality but decided to change carriers after that company raised their prices to be no longer competitive with the traditional landline service we had originally left. We chose Voipo after seeing how much they wanted to build a quality product and make it available at a low price. We have been very happy ever since.
