The customer support team is friendly, responsive and quick to resolve any issues that arise. Plus, the call quality is impeccable and I'm able to control all features from my own device. terribly slow customer service… terribly slow customer service response. I have 2 lines for the past 10 yrs. 1 adapter has had intermittently on/off service during the past 12 months. For instance, currently the line has been non-functional for 7 days. I have the 2 lines side by side, same phone with 2 line. Have performed all the tech trouble shooting as requested with no effect. RESPONSE is slow, day between troubleshooting response . only email support . AVOID AVOID AVOID

I make daily calls to the “fart lovers”… I make daily calls to the “fart lovers” hotline, where you can call in and listen to different types of flatuence noises, and I’ve never had any trouble hearing them. Even the runniest ones just sound so clear and great no matter how many hours I call/listen. I've never heard a "choppy" sounding fart in over 5 years with VOIPo!!
