I Thought I was having a bad experience This is an update to an earlier post, (which I deleted)... I was having issues with the private key for my site, and requested some help, the email drew no reaction or response, (I Thought). I was contacted and given the information I required to get my site up and running. I was having issues with the Private Key, from a CSR I had created on their site. I had not used the CSR generation tool on their site before, so I was not quite sure how to get the private key. I tried a few of their tools to create different certificate types, but just could not get the private key. Their tools need a bit more documentation, as soon as the lightbulb went on over my head, I got the certificate and private key without issue. Thanks, I will have another order in a week or 2.

Treats their resellers horribly too Treats their resellers horribly too. I placed some money on deposit with them as required by their reseller program. After months of not using it, I asked if I could be refunded the unused funds. I was told no very rudely, so I responded rudely suggesting a partial credit card dispute of the unused funds. I was met with threats of lawsuits and revocation of every certificate currently issued. The fact that they had web pages already prepared for these threats were somewhat concerning in hindsight.
