Online service makes life easy Being able to place orders online and then get SSL certificates issued in matter of minutes is just fantastic! Not sure why Online Chat never worked for me. I start to wonder if it's ever worked at all.

Speedy Processing All our client's certificates come through quickly even OV and EV certs - they really push them through and stay on top of the process. The sales and technical support team are a great bunch of people to deal with, they know their stuff and they always go the extra mile. The Reseller panel is pretty comprehensive and we don't use all the features but if you order large volumes of certificates it's auto management features and reporting tools are great.

Great prices, perfect certs, but a lot of hard work to buy or renew - pages of forms to deal with so you need to set aside 30 mins at least, especially first time through!
