Are their computers perfect? No, PC hardware failure is a reality for every manufacturer, no matter how well made. But what's always been perfect is their response - nothing but the very best service and support. I will never buy from anywhere else.

Customer service that serves the customer first. I went to Velocity Micro ready to possibly buy a laptop that offers better performance than my desktop. I chatted with Mike and gave him the product number for the desktop that I purchased from them about 5 years ago (it still runs great). Mike helped me identify possible bottlenecks on my PC. He offered me a couple of ways to help its performance. He gave me a specific upgrade recommendation. Mike gave me amazing service, he provided me with the best suggestions for my situation regardless of if it involved making a purchase at Velocity Micro. I could not ask for better customer service.

This is my 6th computer from Velocity… This is my 6th computer from Velocity Micro. This time I worked with Micheal to order my laptop. I needed a new one to use for the aviation classes that I teach. I have a more powerful laptop for home and general use, but keep a separate one for school. I’ve been using my first VM laptop which finally is ready for retirement. Michael was easy to work with and helped me pick an appropriate machine for this particular purpose. I bought my first VM machine in 06 and have had the best service and reliability with them. All of the sales people and support people have been amazing and always do great at helping me with selecting the right products and dealing with an issue, should one arise.

The product that was received was amazing. I received a mid-low range Z25 AMD. I bought it for our main office computer. It is best operating Desktop that I have ever owned. The speed and functionality makes it a joy to operate. A restart of the computer takes about 40 seconds to a complete boot up. This is one of Velocity Micro's standard desktop computers. I cannot imagine the hotness of their upper line computers. It must be amazing. I would recommend to any that it is definitely worth the price to get a quality computer from Velocity Micro.

Lost Confidence in This Company On 2/11/22 I sent an email to JC and VM support about an incorrect RMA'd part that I received. I left a review on Resellerratings about the issue. The review was up for over 6 months without any reply from VM. Yesterday I check on my review to see if anyone ever bothered replying to it, only to find out VM had my review removed. So, I'm posting here here about it. It's been over a year and VM still refuses to give me the correct RMA part that I paid extra for when I had my system built. I'm done with this company. In the past, this company was excellent to deal with, but has since gone downhill. EDIT: Who whomever replied from VM, Of course you won't see an open RMA, as the issue was a year ago. Please re-read my post. I have emailed VM and JC and never got a reply. So, why should I keep contacting support and JC if they won't ever reply to me?
