GBCustomer service that serves the customer first. I went to Velocity Micro ready to possibly buy a laptop that offers better performance than my desktop. I chatted with Mike and gave him the product number for the desktop that I purchased from them about 5 years ago (it still runs great). Mike helped me identify possible bottlenecks on my PC. He offered me a couple of ways to help its performance. He gave me a specific upgrade recommendation. Mike gave me amazing service, he provided me with the best suggestions for my situation regardless of if it involved making a purchase at Velocity Micro. I could not ask for better customer service.

GBLost Confidence in This Company On 2/11/22 I sent an email to JC and VM support about an incorrect RMA'd part that I received. I left a review on Resellerratings about the issue. The review was up for over 6 months without any reply from VM. Yesterday I check on my review to see if anyone ever bothered replying to it, only to find out VM had my review removed. So, I'm posting here here about it. It's been over a year and VM still refuses to give me the correct RMA part that I paid extra for when I had my system built. I'm done with this company. In the past, this company was excellent to deal with, but has since gone downhill. EDIT: Who whomever replied from VM, Of course you won't see an open RMA, as the issue was a year ago. Please re-read my post. I have emailed VM and JC and never got a reply. So, why should I keep contacting support and JC if they won't ever reply to me?
