Pros and Cons Pros - excellent product Cons- -Substandard customer service ( when I called to retrieve my code for this product, the customer service representative informed me I had to renew my subscription soon and initially said it was $300+; I was initially shocked. Then he said $275, $245 until he stayed with the basic subscription. Either way, this was extremely unprofessional. I hope you can train your employees better.

The speed with which it does its job… The speed with which it does its job and everything it covers. It keeps me up and running. I use it on all my computers and I bought the never expires license, however my only complaint is when it comes to upgrades, It feels like I am the proverbial step child as I never get an upgrade notice so when ever I get their new upgrades for their regular programs that they sell (which I get all the time) then I go in to see if there has been any upgrades for my life time programs, usually when they are pushing their Ultimate version. Why don't you offer those of us that spent the money to get lifetime, get the Ultimate upgrade too?? Something to think about.
