GBExtremely bad results, very poor service As a first time customer, I ordered the tv/internet cobo. NEVER received internet after giving my personal information. Representative put the incorrect address and email on file. Tried calling back many times, no help at all. I was given and redirected to phonelines and numbers that were bogus in my opinion. I still don't have internet and there is no one to answer for this after spending serveral hours of getting the run around. I was repeatedly told by the representatives that they could only help new customers.

GBWatch Out For These Thieves You cannot get an answer about internet / bundled services until you first sign up, take a hit on your Fair-Isaacs credit score, and pay with a credit card. After all this, it transpires there is no high speed internet partner in your neighborhood. This is so unethical as to border on the criminal. A shame, since DirectTV is probably the best for programming and price of the TV service.

GBExtremely pleasant I will have you know I called Comcast this morning and they were very rude and not helpful at all. I chose to call Verizon Fios to see what the benefits and packages consisted of and everything ended up coming out cheaper than Comcast and included way more in the package. The Customer Service rep was extremely friendly and helpful and I am very glad i chose to call Verizon Fios this morning. I was even able to get my service connected the next day rather than waiting the 3-5 days Comcast requires. I was very pleased at the end of my phone call. Thank YOU!!!!

GBbest customer service a woman could ask for! From the moment the tech answered the phone it was pleasant. I'm very picky about knowing the exact breakdown of every charge and unlike other companies I have dealt with, the tech was more than happy to accommodate my every request. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have received in a while, and being that I'm moving out of my current area, I've dealt with a lot lately. Keep up the great work. Whatever training your employees get and the careful selection of those employees works well!

GBExcellent Customer Service and Fast Install!!! Conf# N64807527 Acct# 6788426 When I called just to inquire about pricing I had no intention of switching to Direct TV right on that call. But the excellent customer service I was given made that change for me. I chose to go with Direct TV and was able to get an installation date the very next day and am now saving over $60/month and got many more channels and features than I was getting with Dish and still saving money!!!! You cannot compare the deals and excellent customer service on top of that sealed the deal for me.
