Don't trust your bill from this company. Instead of letting me know of the amount of the increase in cost of my service they include a little note: Effective 2/6/14, new pricing will be applied to DIRECTV programming packages and services. Click here for more complete details. Which by the way you cant click on. They can change your pricing at any time. Get EVERYTHING in writing.

A customer service rep in AMERICA WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE LAST NIGHT INTERACTING WITH MICKI, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO IS WORKING OUT OF MIAMI....VERY REFRESHING....ESPECIALLY AFTER DEALING WITH TIME WARNER EARLIER IN THE DAY, MY CURRENT VENDOR, THAT ACCIDENTLY ERASED MY DVR FEATURE AFTER THE CONVERSATION...THEN I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER HOUR ON THE PHONE LATER IN THE EVENING TO RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM...SO I AM DELIGHTED TO BE CHANGING TO DIRECT TV...THANK YOU AND LOOK FORWARD TO INTERACTING WITH YOU ALL....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....

best customer service a woman could ask for! From the moment the tech answered the phone it was pleasant. I'm very picky about knowing the exact breakdown of every charge and unlike other companies I have dealt with, the tech was more than happy to accommodate my every request. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have received in a while, and being that I'm moving out of my current area, I've dealt with a lot lately. Keep up the great work. Whatever training your employees get and the careful selection of those employees works well!

absolutely awesome!! These people were a pleasure to work with extremely knowledgeable, and treatede like a person! I have no doubt I am going to be a very satisfied customer...and am going to have years of great quality service and commitment from them! I would definitely recommend switching from charter for sure..you actually get to watch a full show w no tiling or equipment messing up, or service outages almost every day! The experience we had with direct tv customer service was awesome! I called and after answering a few automated questions, I was directed to a customer service agent. All of my questions were answered. The agent knew the product and was very pleasant. Everything was gone over in detail before I decided. The entire experience was quick and painless! We even lucked out on an nfl package deal for next year! We're going to recommend direct tv to anyone and everyone we can!
