great price and deal. I got a package woth phone, internet, and cable for $120 a month which for me was great since I paid 115 at comcast for just basic digital cable with no phone or internet and with direct tv I get tons more channels also like 200 more. I also do not have to pay for hd dvr as I did with comcast I get nfl Sunday ticket for a year free and hbo, starz, and cinemax free for 3 months. I can also watch many tv network on my phone tablet computer ipad etc for free which is pretty cool.

best customer service a woman could ask for! From the moment the tech answered the phone it was pleasant. I'm very picky about knowing the exact breakdown of every charge and unlike other companies I have dealt with, the tech was more than happy to accommodate my every request. I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have received in a while, and being that I'm moving out of my current area, I've dealt with a lot lately. Keep up the great work. Whatever training your employees get and the careful selection of those employees works well!

Anthony with the Queens accent now living in Florida Rocked My Day! Change is not something that most of us are comfortable with. After overpaying for many years with the competition I finally made the call to become part of the Direct TV family. First things first, "Anthony" from Queens and now living in Florida (Your Customer Service Rep) says, "We are huge on loyalty at Dish and we are here anytime for you and we want to earn and to keep your business." And he meant it. We are confirmed customer 77501222

Rep was entirely helpful and informative - WAY better than Comcast! I have been wanting to switch to DirecTV for over a year, but couldn't due to not having a clear view from my apt for the dish. Once I moved and saw that my neighbor had DirecTV installed I knew that I could switch from sorry and pitiful Comcast. (They have the WORST customer service! It's nearly impossible trying to speak to an actual person. And when you do, you can't understand a word they say.) Back to my DirecTV experience, I was helped by Rebecca and she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She went through every process and read back the entire agreement before processing my order. She reviewed everything so thoroughly that I didn't have any questions after the whole thing was over. I will recommend DirecTV to anyone who asks!

If I could rate a "0" I would If I could rate a "0" I would! Direct TV had a door to door guy trying to sign up people for their service, the man who stopped at my house LIED saying he's from charter and had to check our cable boxes for whatever reason then pushes his way inside my house then stating he's actually from Direct TV, pulled out his little sheets describing the packages. Absolutely fuming how he LIED and PUSHED his way into my house...with my 2 small children!! Completely disgusted with this man AND Direct TV!!!
