Love the sense of knowing I have connection with someone in a time of need I trail run a lot and am on-call at nights and early mornings. While I have not had to activate my Wearsafe tab alert at this point (I've had it about 3 weeks now), I feel better prepared and able to get in touch with help if I ever need it while out on a run or when I'm on-call going to or from my car. I have recommended it to fellow on-call staff, runners, those in school (college, high school, middle school, etc), those that enjoy the outdoors, and so many other endeavors that your imagination is the limit to when you can have your Wearsafe tab alert with you in your time of need. Highly recommend.

Test Support for Service Called twice today seeking help with testing the service but got nowhere! The same woman (Michelle) who had no clue ... and kept saying she only responds to billing and shipping... no customer support! However, the number listed to call for Customer Support (877-444-0002) led to her, even when I pressed Tech assistance. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, there was no one available. Terrible! SO different from the OUTSTANDING service I got to download the app and set up my contact list. So disappointed!

Flawed product did not work out of the box Purchased two clickers for son and grandmother. During initial test was unable to cancel test alert as app would not allow it.This raised concerns of malfunction during a real emergency - what else is not working properly?? Apps also run in background draining battery for no reason. Returning product. This should not be used or marketed for safety. If a product does not work it should not be offered to the public.

Two-way adhesive tape/velcro mounting Provide strong two-way adhesive tape as a mounting option. I use wearsafe as a security button while rideshare driving. I went to Michael's and purchased Velcro brand adhesive that I used to mount the wearsafe button to the left of my steering wheel on a stationary part of the dash in a discreet location that I can press without taking my hands off the steering wheel. In an assult or carjacking, the perpetrator may feel threatened if the driver were to remove their hands from clear sight. The perpetrator may ask the driver to keep their hands on the steering wheel where they can see them - this would be similar to requests made by police during traffic stops.

Safe and Secure Knowing that a situation (fall, etc.) may happen quickly the Wearsafe tag provides me peace of mind as I run or walk outdoors. We also like that the Wearsafe tag is a great way to stay connected with active, mature parents who remain "on the go" yet may need assistance at anytime. (And, we especially like that personalized medical information can be shared as needed.)
