A Wonderful Little Device! I saw your wonderful little device through an acquaintance on Facebook and after delving in to how it actually works, I decided it would be ideal for me. I do a lot of trail running and I'm often a solitary runner so this gives that extra layer of security. Lots of great features - it's very small and portable, waterproof, and can also send an audio alert if needed. It also gives family/friends peace of mind that I have this type of tool at my fingertips. The app is seamless and very easy to understand. Highly recommended! This can be used in so many environments where you need protection.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. This device and service was flawed from the first time I used it. Sent alerts randomly and freaked parents out. Customer service is the worst! I was told I couldn't cancel my subscription without returning the device, I was on assignment for a year and didn't have access to it, come to find out after the fact that I could have cancelled my subscription after 6 months without returning the device to make matters worse when I did cancel it I found out I was being charged twice a month for the same device. Customer service does not care one bit.

Test Support for Service Called twice today seeking help with testing the service but got nowhere! The same woman (Michelle) who had no clue ... and kept saying she only responds to billing and shipping... no customer support! However, the number listed to call for Customer Support (877-444-0002) led to her, even when I pressed Tech assistance. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, there was no one available. Terrible! SO different from the OUTSTANDING service I got to download the app and set up my contact list. So disappointed!

Great device! Great device!! Love how secure I feel when I am wearing it knowing that I can reach an emergency contact with a push of a button. I do suggest stocking up on batteries because they tend to wear out often, and make sure you glue the keychain or belt clip to the wearsafe, i’ve lost one previously because the clip disconnected from the device

Safe and Secure Knowing that a situation (fall, etc.) may happen quickly the Wearsafe tag provides me peace of mind as I run or walk outdoors. We also like that the Wearsafe tag is a great way to stay connected with active, mature parents who remain "on the go" yet may need assistance at anytime. (And, we especially like that personalized medical information can be shared as needed.)
