GBVery slow app Generally speaking, the service is not bad. However, the reason for three stars is the extremely slow app (at least on Android). Just opening it to check messages or make calls takes an unacceptably long time, and sometimes even becomes unresponsive. After it's open, it's very slow to respond as well. It's a pity because otherwise they offer pretty good features for a decent price.

GBTresta is good because you can have at… Tresta is good because you can have at least 3 phone numbers sent to your main phone number and be able to dial out from those numbers via their App. The problem Tresta has is setting up your Voicemail and your Businesses schedule through their website. It is so confusing to do! You will need to call customer service and have them help you. You cannot do it on your own. Their customer service is very helpful too. If they could make setting up the voicemail and scheduling easy like their competitor "Grasshopper," then they would be THE BEST!

GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I absolutely love Tresta. Their support team is the most responsive and helpful support team I've ever worked with for a SaaS product. We have built out a super complicated system and the team has been there to help the entire way! Highly recommend.

GBDon't use Tresta if you have any need for a backend to process the backend information it produces I have worked with Tresta's sister company - Hosted Numbers - for over 10 years. 100% happy with Hosted Numbers. I tried Tresta because I needed my tracking phone numbers to be text-able. The problem is that Tresta has almost NO reporting functionality. That is, I have to manually process the all the data for the responses to the Tresta phone / text numbers I use which basically makes Tresta useless to me. I cannot afford to use Tresta without an adequate reporting backend like Hosted Numbers has. With Tresta one CANNOT pull in the data to an Excel spread sheet; you have to record each communication manually which is insane. Tresta surely is losing bucket loads of business because of the non-existent reporting back end. I WANT to use Tresta very much but they do not seem to have any intention or interest in building out the functionality of their back end. This must be done if they want to grow or even stay in business.

GBThe app gets hung up sometimes and… The app gets hung up sometimes and freezes. Also, I can't send outgoing pictures. I can receive them but I need to be able to send them and instead I have to use my personal cell phone number to clients which defeats the purpose at times.
