New user with Tresta. New user with Tresta. I run a Condominium Management business here in Ontario Canada and was looking for a VOIP solution that I could customize with scheduling, and, that offered recording of calls. I signed up and the experience has been excellent from day one. Being a rather simple fella, I did have to call in to get some support in setting things up, but, one phone call and the person on the other end of the phone was amazing! Had me up and running exactly the way I wanted in about 7 minutes. Since then, have had a couple of interactions with Tresta staff for various bits and pieces and each and every time - service has been outstanding! I couldnt be more pleased with the choice and am looking forward to a long professional relationship with Tresta!!!

I found the Tresta service to be stable… I found the Tresta service to be stable and reliable. I was using another company for my outgoing business calls, but my calls kept getting disconnected and dropping. Tresta worked reagrdless if it was a 15minute call or an hour and a half. Thanks

Smartest investment to make to grow your small business! As a wedding planner and small business owner, my work load and call volume changes daily. I'm rarely able to drop what I'm doing to grab a pen and paper to take information or contact numbers. I love having Tresta because it not only helps me stay up-to-date with my clients, but the call recording feature allows me to work with clients in real time over a call and then go back and review the log to make notes or adjustments. It's really helped me stay organized even when I'm at my busiest. This is a must have for small business owners that are serious about growing their business.

Tresta is one of the easiest most… Tresta is one of the easiest most transparent tools I've used. The amount of features is broad and the flat price for everything is amazing. When I had a chance to use their support, I found it intelligent, and useful, not outsourced "reading a script" level. Highly recommended.

unfortunately unfortunately, tresta as yet does not adequately replace my iphone's stock messages and phone apps. It does not audibly notify me of incoming text messages, text messages can be late or never arrive and phone calls can take too long to connect resulting in the caller hanging up or going to voice mail.
