Decent A bit too long of a shipping lead but other than that the experience was fine. The PSU I bought has a bad fan but that's not the fault of SuperBiiz, it's the fault of Seasonic.

Hassle free Fairly price. Order shipped two days after purchase. Product arrived nicely packaged and undamaged sooner than projected. I'd buy from super biiz again.

Excellent Customer Service I first had an issue with the color of case that I selected being out of stock. I quickly received an email from an actual person (which was refreshing) and she helped me resolve this problem. I then had an issue with purchasing because I had paid for my other PC parts all in the same day, locking up my credit card. This was also easily resolved thanks to the good customer service. I knew these issues were not the fault of SuperBiiz, and they actually helped make the resolution process much smoother.

Impressed with Packaging/Shipping I ordered a seagate hard drive and disk drive from this company. I was very impressed with the packing! The hard drive was sealed and cased inside of a very secure and tight foam insert in addition to bubble-wrap. They treated the disk drive the exact same way. I wish that all of my parts were packed like this when I ordered them from other companies. It made my motherboard appearing in single bubble-wrap seem unprofessional. I only considered this website to purchase parts because it was recommended by PC Parts-Picker but now that I know how they treat their outbound gear, I will revisit this site in the future to buy computer parts.

SuperBiiz.COM stopped taking orders… SuperBiiz.COM stopped taking orders January 8, 2020, but still seems to be running a couple of shadow operations as "ewiz/e-wiz .com" and "iMicros" on eBay, with some sort of relationship with distributor "MA/Ma Labs," which also communicates as "SuperBiiz."
