NotSoSuperbiiz More expensive than their competitors with the hidden $20 s&h fee. Took 3 days to process my order. When I complained to their customer service they just replied with my tracking info. All of my parts were ordered at the same time, everything arrived on Thursday except the Superbiz parts, they arrived after the weekend. 1st and last time customer. #notsosuper

Great Product...Fast Shipping! Arrived quickly and exactly as advertised. Would have given 5 stars but the item was just placed in a Priority envelope and came all beat up. Took a chance that it wasn't damaged and opened the box and it works great. Just need better packers! :)

It possibly went to spam, I called the 800# someone picked up and verified my order# and other info and sent me the tracking #. Friendly service, the 800# actually works too. Will buy from again.
