Auto-recharge not working I use the auto-recharge option so that I can continue making phone calls without a break. A few days ago the auto-charge stopped working. When I checked to see whether it had the correct card details stored I found it did. I had to recharge manually with the option to use auto-recharge. Prior to this incident it has worked well for a couple of years.

The app hangs which is annoying at times you can't buy credit You can't transfer credit you have bought online to the up which is crazy. I have been using it for 3yrs but I think.im at a point Im changing to another provider.

Increase your credit as needed -right on your phone Incase you run out while having your conversation instead of running to 711 or other convenient stores also easy to boost your relatives credit who would otherwise never manage in my case my grandma so they can keep in touch.
