I wish the call would continue without interruption. Otherwise I would rate it at 5 points. Very respectful.

I have used TelephoneKenya for many… I have used TelephoneKenya for many years now calling relatives relatives and friends in Kenya. The calls are clear and prompt. Cost is reasonable in comparison with other providers. I have never had any bad experience.

Auto-recharge not working I use the auto-recharge option so that I can continue making phone calls without a break. A few days ago the auto-charge stopped working. When I checked to see whether it had the correct card details stored I found it did. I had to recharge manually with the option to use auto-recharge. Prior to this incident it has worked well for a couple of years.
