GBRegCure asked me to renew nearly 5 … RegCure asked me to renew nearly 5 months early - they would not fix problems until renewed. At the time I did not realize it was so far in advance or I would have called them about the problem. I think this is a rather sharp business practice, and entirely unnecessary for a good product. Every year for at least the past 6 or 7 years there has been a problem with renewing - we have two copies and that causes a problem, now renewing almost 5 months early UNDER THREAT of NO FIXES! I may not be renewing next year if the renewal for the second copy is not flawless.

GBPeople who handle your rebate are incompetent People who handle your rebate are incompetent. They reject it saying to resubmit. I have no idea what was wrong with my submission - they don't tell you. I'm positive I sent everything they required. You need to look into this -- I'm positive I'm not their only victim.

GBOverall not bad at all Overall not bad at all. Only concern would be, does RegCure maintain currency against all of the fast chsnging threat profile. This requires they not be reactive but proactive.

GBI was experiencing some wonky behavior … I was experiencing some wonky behavior while on-line and then a couple days later, with access to programs on my laptop. It took a quick click to the support dept and a few hours to find something else to do and my computer was tuned up top notch! Thanks, Guys!.
