My new computer repair shop I needed a battery replaced in a Surface Pro and no repair shops in my area were willing to do it, because it's apparently not an easy procedure. I called Computer Repair Doctor and had the tablet looked at. It was an easy determination and the repair was done quickly. I was given updates, along the way, and I will definitely call them again, should a computer repair be necessary.

I had to return the phone because it was not receiving and calling out and the phone was not charging. When I finally came to pickup the phone the new screen was scratched by technician who did the final repair to fix the problems.

Talked to Taylor, who was polite, knowledgeable, and professional.Explained what we needed done to our laptop computers, and she told us she would take care of it. About 2 hours later she contacted me to tell me everything was done and we could come pick up our laptops. The bill was reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.
