The system is easy to use overall, and the tests are usually quick enough that they don't take up huge amounts of your time. Legit, but frustrating UserTesting does pay what it promises, however it can take a lot of time to get through all the "screener" tests before finally being eligible for the actual paid test. I am generally eligible for tests 1-3 times per week. If the site glitches and you are unable to complete the test or if the test does not upload to the customer correctly, they will not pay. It's a good source of a little extra cash if you have a lot of extra time on your hands.

Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.
