Fonus is the BEST They sent me a new SIM card a few months ago and service is FANTASTIC. Unlimited data is perfect and calls are clear and never drop. Customer service is instant at any time of day or night. Setup was not too complicated at all. I am very satisfied and this has to be the best deal anywhere.

I had trouble getting the SIM card to work I had trouble getting the SIM card to work (missed a dot in the configuration). The chat line was wonderful. Ursula (is she real?) helped me. This is the best help chat line I have ever used. I dread going on them but this one works!

Customer is always wrong even Customer is always wrong even if it is the Fonus employee giving wrong information during set-up and then causing a high phone bill with the other service provider. The original person who helped me set up was nice and tried there best but I still ended up with roaming charges on my other phone number until I removed the SIM. Fonus say they can help protect roaming charges on a dual SIM phone, but it did not work for me in spite of following the exact set-up instruction, and if anything goes wrong, Fonus is never wrong, always the customer is wrong. Had there service for 4 month but will cancel it now.

FONUS is for real FONUS is for real! Imagine having access to call Canada, USA, and Mexico phone numbers WITHOUT roaming charges?! My husband, with his "computer-guy" searching skill, stumbled upon Fonus which we now use, for $30 each per month. Who would complain about unlimited data and text, NO ONE, duh!!! :) The only problem, which I think the company will be able to resolve soon, is that there are times when it's hard to get a signal, especially when you're on the go.

Reliable service for a good price Reliable service for a good price. Only issues I have is their app doesn't support group text or dark mode. Other then that I would recommend this to everyone.
