GBInstaller not very proffesional Installer without my knowledge or even asking or letting me know unplugged other equipment. It took me a considerable amount of time to fix the damage. Also the install is not what I would all professional. Drilled the hole through the floor 3 to 4 inches away from the wall in lieu of bringing it up against the base board. I understand they are probably paid by the install, but it would have taken no more time to do it correctly.

GBThey promise you 200$ gift card and… They promise you 200$ gift card and when you click the link they send you it doesn’t recognize your email. Went ahead and canceled if they cannot deliver what was promised. Internet service was ok.

GBPosted my positive review on Facebook. Posted my positive review on Facebook. Love the speed, reliability and price. Double the speed of Xfinity and $45 cheaper per month. Forgot to mention the free installation and no monthly modem charge. Can’t delete my old payment method on the Brightspeed app. Gave up trying. Still rate the actual service a five.
