GBInstall with Robert was great... Throughout the weeks leading up to install, Brightspeed was on point with their communication every step of the way. Robert, the service tech, was the definition of a professional and worked efficiently to get our service connected. If anyone else out there is suffering through poor customer service and limited signal quality with Comcast, I would STRONGLY recommend checking into Brightspeed.

Definitely great service from tech, Adrian . I have gotten good service from my phone calls to get information. Extremely happy over service so far!!

GBQuick and Efficient Well, the installer, Joseph, came and ready to work. He was quick and efficient and thorough when you're together. The installation was with a non-eventful. He showed me what little I needed to do to connect everything and then he left after cleaning up. I enjoyed working with Joseph.

GBNew customer spotty wifi Had a tech install internet in the basement and insisted this was the best place. Adamanti could not use my own fiber orbi modem but could back door off the modem supplied. I have had nothing but connection issues and no where near the 1gb speed even on Ethernet connection. Tech was in a rush didn’t want to explain things in details thingy of gong back to spectrum. Still having WiFi issues.

GBThe Brightspeed technician was great The Brightspeed technician that came to my house was great! He was earlier than expected, kind and polite. He explained everything that was going on. The only downside was when I spoke to the call operator to get an appointment it was not that great of experience.
