Good customer relations and perfect installation. The tech that did our installation did an excellent job. Good customer relations, answering questions and doing the install the way I asked for it to be done. Perfect installation, even though it was raining hard the entire time he worked. So far everything seems to be working and speed test checks out OK.

New customer spotty wifi Had a tech install internet in the basement and insisted this was the best place. Adamanti could not use my own fiber orbi modem but could back door off the modem supplied. I have had nothing but connection issues and no where near the 1gb speed even on Ethernet connection. Tech was in a rush didn’t want to explain things in details thingy of gong back to spectrum. Still having WiFi issues.

Quick and Efficient Well, the installer, Joseph, came and ready to work. He was quick and efficient and thorough when you're together. The installation was with a non-eventful. He showed me what little I needed to do to connect everything and then he left after cleaning up. I enjoyed working with Joseph.

Forgot to mention the free installation and no monthly modem charge. Can’t delete my old payment method on the Brightspeed app. Gave up trying. Still rate the actual service a five.

A well-oiled machine. The technician arrived within the allotted time. He was very fast, thorough and professional. He made sure my service was working properly before he left. He talked me through the process and did exactly what he explained. I upgraded to the 1 gig fiber service. My internet has been working like a well-oiled machine.
