I think the charging gap can be increased to provide easier plugin on the charger. At the moment it works but I struggle to get my fingers around the charger when removing it. I wouldn’t change anything if structural integrity was to be compromised. Great product!

Unique and very good design Thoughtfully designed and durable. Good materials, good construction. I particularly appreciate my Cooper Bounce with holes for strap clips, a feature which is very hard to find. I have a handicapped friend who cannot attend events that he used to love. With my iPad hung over my chest by the neck strap I can walk around at a convention Skyping and essentially acting as his remote drone, allowing others to interact with him through the screen as well. My Cooper Dynamo case with a very convenient handle allows my elderly mother to use my ipad for reading and watching movies without fear of breaking it if she drops it. The foamy material is a perfect choice --substantial and protective without being too heavy.

Bad customer service Place an order on November 8, get confirmation of the order. Don't hear anything until I get an email on November 20, that I received a refund, and my order has been canceled. Looking into my order I find that they did not have the stock to send my one item.

Good Customer Service! Had a little trouble with my order as the color I wanted was out of stock. Talked to a member and quickly received a new replacement in another color of my choice and was kept updated on the status of my order. Will be ordering from here again!

I only gave 1 star because I had no… I only gave 1 star because I had no other choice. I purchased a case from Cooper Cases for my son's new iPad and since they described it as very rugged for kids and Amazon recommended it, I purchased it. It came with a screen protector as well. Now we have a large crack down the center of the iPad and no damage to the case or the screen protector. I should have gone with my instinct that there was no way this case could protect this $1200 iPad I just purchased. Lesson learned about false advertising because this case provides no protection and nothing is covered that gets broken.
