Absolutely amazing Absolutely amazing. I am very happy with the keyboard case but more so with the customer service. I had a small issue when the first case I received stopped working properly, I contacted the company and after a few emails back and forth I had a free replacement Which was shipped extremely quickly (about 4 days after my initial enquiry) which is working fine. Very happy and I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

No replacement or answer Dear Cooper Cases We have Bought several times from you and in the last order we had an issue that we received the wrong cases, We actually send these cases to Venezuela and the cases are all the way over there since it was the same code and product we trusted the order to be the exact same I have always contacted someone called Carlos Ayon but I cannot reach him since march 19 and I would like to know what is going to happen since he had told me I would get a replacement since I sent the corresponding pictures of the cases of different size and the proper packaging I get no answer from the contact person or customer service it is like they disappeared

Excellent Product & Amazing Customer Service I'm very impressed with the quality of my new Folding Laptop Desk, it is stylish, sleek & very sturdy. I had been eyeing this product for a while but it was not in stock so contacted the customer service team directly to find out when I can order it. My experience with Erma was just wonderful, in all my interactions with her she has been very quick & solution oriented in her responses.
