The keyboard connected easily to the iPad, the iPad is held snugly, shortcut keys are nice, especially for sound volume, cutouts for the 4 speakers allow the great iPad Pro sound to be heard, battery life good so far through much typing, lighted keyboard easy to turn on/off, and the way the cover angles the keyboard slightly when open is genius!

No replacement or answer Dear Cooper Cases We have Bought several times from you and in the last order we had an issue that we received the wrong cases, We actually send these cases to Venezuela and the cases are all the way over there since it was the same code and product we trusted the order to be the exact same I have always contacted someone called Carlos Ayon but I cannot reach him since march 19 and I would like to know what is going to happen since he had told me I would get a replacement since I sent the corresponding pictures of the cases of different size and the proper packaging I get no answer from the contact person or customer service it is like they disappeared
