CAReally disappointed in this company for… Really disappointed in this company for not having stock when they first took my money. If you have stocking issues with your 9" Universal Tablet Holder then make it known on your site. The only reason I gave 3-stars was because my money was refunded. Will not look at you again to purchase a tablet cover.

GBBad customer service Place an order on November 8, get confirmation of the order. Don't hear anything until I get an email on November 20, that I received a refund, and my order has been canceled. Looking into my order I find that they did not have the stock to send my one item.

GBI bought 2 iPad cases on 3/2/24 and… I bought 2 iPad cases on 3/2/24 and have not receive my order.

GBI only gave 1 star because I had no… I only gave 1 star because I had no other choice. I purchased a case from Cooper Cases for my son's new iPad and since they described it as very rugged for kids and Amazon recommended it, I purchased it. It came with a screen protector as well. Now we have a large crack down the center of the iPad and no damage to the case or the screen protector. I should have gone with my instinct that there was no way this case could protect this $1200 iPad I just purchased. Lesson learned about false advertising because this case provides no protection and nothing is covered that gets broken.

GBNot informed promptly about problem with order I had ordered and paid for express delivery. My product did not arrive in the window expected. Then about 5 days later I recieved a message that they had noticed that the product ordered had been damaged as it left the warehouse. This was far too late. It should have left the warehouse at least 5 days earlier and I should have been informed of a problem at that time, so I could have made another arrangement. As it was I could not order a different product in time for the event I had planned. Though I did have communication through email with Cooper Cases and they were pleasant in their response and gave me a full refund. I felt it would have been more helpful had they informed me sooner of a problem.
