Shipping took almost an entire month Shipping took almost an entire month, live east coast US. The tracking is abysmal, customer service just repeats, "Its coming don't worry, be there soon, will be ok friend" Finally arrived and the artwork is stellar but the quality of the case is not a 40+ dollar case quality, its cheap, it probably won't protect your phone unless it falls only backside down, edges are flimsy and its like a rubber film that keeps your phone secure, that has already stretched out and looks worn after one time on and off. Literally one time, have had the case for 5 hrs. Artwork is stellar back of the case is great, but the overall quality is lacking and should probably look elsewhere for a solid case with good artwork, these anime cases are popping up everywhere so look around, LED gimmick not worth a cheap case. Also, only iPhone can get the one where you don't have to unplug case and plug in your charger every time you want to charge it if you're not a wireless charger.

A company that cares about their customers I purchased 2 phone case from Heyybox and I had issues with one of them due to the connection port to the phone just not connecting right. I contacted the company and they were so kind, quick to respond and absolutely hassle free. They sent me a replacement phone case with out any questions asked and even sent me some additional gifts with the replacement. My experience with them was one of THE BEST and I highly recommend this company. Definitely made me a customer for life with their great service and wonderful products! I look forward to purchasing from them again!

Light constantly blinks I love my phone case but I’m having trouble keeping the light off when I want it off, I press the button in the back but they after I set it down or just tap on the screen, it turns on again. It also seems to blink when listening to music, great feature but I would like to turn the light off and keep it off on my own terms I guess you could say? Besides that, it’s beautiful and very sturdy!

Love the anime phone cases Love the products, I ordered 3 and got it within 7 days. Love how the light sync with the music or noise that plays from the phone. I can’t wait for more art work or anime to be on these cases. I got a case that was not working properly and contacted heyybox on Facebook and they got back to me asap, on there business hours. He help me figure out the problem and now I’m super satisfied. Very good customer services.

Currently items I have order have been shipped… but no indication of it being shipped. Currently items I have order have not been shipped, yet been over a week and half with no indication that it has and even the tracking number says otherwise also. Wouldn’t be a problem time wise but I also paid for fast shipping, so upset for how long it taking for an update of any kind.
