They are the nicest company They are the nicest company. I ordered one that didn’t fit and they upgraded for me without asking me for more money. Very nice. Loved the one they sent it just didn’t fit. Looking forward to my new one. How often does that happen? Not very.

It is soooo annoying to be told the item has shipped when really all that has happened is a label has been prepared. You need to sort out your shipping! The product is great but probably won’t use you again as a result of this

Terrible customer service Ordered a case for my galaxy s10 and the mechanism to slide the phone out for a picture was broken. I contacted customer support and they have a policy of refunding you 70 percent of your purchase and having you ship it out at another loss out of pocket. The representative for customer service support also was very inefficient, and discerning. Would not recommend to anyone nor would I be purchasing anything else in the future. As far as the product quality. It's a 3 and half stars. The image is a tad bit distorted and definitely not as pictured on thier website.

Love this phone case Love this phone case. I did have an issue on the inside portion, one of the sides that holds the phone in, came loose. I called customer service, and they were very helpful. They sent me a new case right away. I will purchase from this company again. Great customer service.
