The only reason for not giving it 5… The only reason for not giving it 5 stars so far is because I have only had it less than 24 hours! It did not come with set up instructions. However, I am very familiar with computers, so I did not need any help. First turning on the screen the power button acted like it did not want to work. After a few times pushing it on, it then proceeded to work just fine. As I was working last night the tower fan was very loud but I nudged it with my foot and it did stop after about 20 minutes. So far I am really pleased with the look and the performance of the computer I have purchased. The guys at WAHEP worked very efficiently to have my computer shipped out in a VERY timely manner! So way to go guys! So far its amazing and I hope that it does continue to work fine!

Order an item and put in old address Order an item and put in old address, I then changed the address on a page that supposed to default at check out. That actually said it did,but didn't. Needless to say it went still went to the old address. Customer service said we will take care of it and get your order to you....nothing was ever done to get the item to me or a refund

I ordered my computer back in March I ordered my computer back in March. I just recently applied for a part time. Thus far everything works fine & I'm able to use my computer to the efficiency of what I need it for. I'm very pleased.

I haven't started my course yet for… I haven't started my course yet for Arise, but I am enjoying my equipment. I haven't had any problems with it and it is well worth it. It didn't take long to get here Thank you again.
