GBEvaluation of Dish employees The installer, Brad, was very knowledgeable and efficient!! He explained how to get started using the Hopper, etc. He was very professional and kind. He was very encouraging. He was well dressed, polite and took the time to explain how to use Dish right away. Can’t say enough good things about him! GBBest CSR I've EVER encountered I've read over some of these reviews after speaking with Brain at godish dot com for over 45 min!! I am blown away at the customer support, the patience, and product knowledge this man had! He couldn't find a product that fit my needs at my location, and STILL explained technical terms, the ins and outs of internet service, what the different types were (dsl, fiber, satellite) and had answers to every little question I had. He was so friendly, polite, and personable - I could see myself talking to him for hours. He loves his company and loves Dish TV and believes in his company's values and standards and stands behind Dish as a product!! Y'all have an awesome employee in Brian Ellis!!!

GBDROP THE DISH The wait time to speak with a person who doesn't care about helping you or finding a solution. Dish is now taking away channels & raising prices without a care to the customer. This is completely ridiculous and GREEDY during a PANDEMIC. Being a loyal customer for 10 years doesn't mean anything. STREAMING SERVICES WILL BE THE END OF DISH BECAUSE YOU WON'T LOWER YOUR INFLATED RATES FOR BASIC CHANNELS.
