GBAt initial installation technician said… At initial installation technician said he could attach an digital antenna to the dish to get local channels due to placement of the dish and that antenna was approved. Local channels did not appear on my guide. I called Dish and was informed the digital antenna was not approved by Dish. Second technician came and said the dish did not need to be moved just redirected. It was just a time consuming issue with having to wait.

GBvery satisfied with Dish! I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Dish. The people I talked to when ordering were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The technicians who set up the system were very professional and answered all the questions I had about the system and about transitioning from another server. I would recommend Dish!

GBDROP THE DISH The wait time to speak with a person who doesn't care about helping you or finding a solution. Dish is now taking away channels & raising prices without a care to the customer. This is completely ridiculous and GREEDY during a PANDEMIC. Being a loyal customer for 10 years doesn't mean anything. STREAMING SERVICES WILL BE THE END OF DISH BECAUSE YOU WON'T LOWER YOUR INFLATED RATES FOR BASIC CHANNELS.

GBService technician was very… Service technician was very professional and quickly installed my equipment. He also showed me how to use the remote and guides. 5 stars for him! Only 2 stars for dish itself! Outrageous expensive! Unbelievable!

GBJust switched from direct tv to dish…poor hopper I just switched from DirectTV to DISH and have found the people at dish very pleasant and helpful to deal with. However, the so called great hopper receiver is not so great. DISH has a serious problem with their pause function, fast forward, and back functions. When one pauses a program and then returns to play, shortly down the road the program skips ahead requiring one to back it up to see what was missed. This happens several times. When brought to the DISH representatives attention, they claimed it wasn’t a big enough problem for them to fix. DirectTV never had that problem and I find it hard to believe other DISH customers haven’t complained, as it is very annoying.
