Technician was very good and helpful Technician was very good and helpful. Customer service has been very weak up to this point particularly regarding the gift card offers. Have tried multiple times with zero success in getting either of the promised gift cards. It has now been over 30 days and the gift cards must be applied for within 60 days but you can't apply for them until they enter you in the system so they recognize you for applying for the cards.

Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw… Hello my grandma Judy wines went threw this go dish, and scammed them completely... They asked for her card only to charge a dollar, The guy that was in charge never once said anything about another charge! They ended up charging 50 dollars,this making my grandparents over drawn! Make sure to find another company because these people are scamming you card. My grandparents are in a fixed income, and you dish people are absolutely horrible!

At initial installation technician said… At initial installation technician said he could attach an digital antenna to the dish to get local channels due to placement of the dish and that antenna was approved. Local channels did not appear on my guide. I called Dish and was informed the digital antenna was not approved by Dish. Second technician came and said the dish did not need to be moved just redirected. It was just a time consuming issue with having to wait.

DROP THE DISH The wait time to speak with a person who doesn't care about helping you or finding a solution. Dish is now taking away channels & raising prices without a care to the customer. This is completely ridiculous and GREEDY during a PANDEMIC. Being a loyal customer for 10 years doesn't mean anything. STREAMING SERVICES WILL BE THE END OF DISH BECAUSE YOU WON'T LOWER YOUR INFLATED RATES FOR BASIC CHANNELS.
