GBI switched from DirecTV I switched from DirecTV. Got Dish because of their Promotions. $100 Gift Card, still waiting. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Left on hold for Long periods of time. Should of stayed with DirecTV. If they don't Honor their Promotion. Terminating Service. And it will be Cold Day In Hell if they ever get a Termination fee from me. WONT HAPPEN!!! I dont know Who rated them Best in Customer Service. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

GBThe installer was very professional and…installation The installer was very professional and personable was well-informed had no problem understanding him he did a great job in less time than it was supposed to take him. I am very pleased and have recommended this to others. The tech people were real good no problems

GBDROP THE DISH The wait time to speak with a person who doesn't care about helping you or finding a solution. Dish is now taking away channels & raising prices without a care to the customer. This is completely ridiculous and GREEDY during a PANDEMIC. Being a loyal customer for 10 years doesn't mean anything. STREAMING SERVICES WILL BE THE END OF DISH BECAUSE YOU WON'T LOWER YOUR INFLATED RATES FOR BASIC CHANNELS.

GBHey The Dish Network I’m very pleased… Hey The Dish Network I’m very pleased with my service but I do have some questions why my dish box and internet doesn’t always stay connected I tend to always reset the network everyday! That’s my only issue but every thing else is great

GBJust switched from direct tv to dish…poor hopper I just switched from DirectTV to DISH and have found the people at dish very pleasant and helpful to deal with. However, the so called great hopper receiver is not so great. DISH has a serious problem with their pause function, fast forward, and back functions. When one pauses a program and then returns to play, shortly down the road the program skips ahead requiring one to back it up to see what was missed. This happens several times. When brought to the DISH representatives attention, they claimed it wasn’t a big enough problem for them to fix. DirectTV never had that problem and I find it hard to believe other DISH customers haven’t complained, as it is very annoying.
