It was a very long and hard way to get any success in my online business when I started it 7 years ago for the first time. I tried out a lot of options offered on the Internet thinking that key for success is just a software. Today I spoke with Skadate asking them… Today I spoke with Skadate asking them what are they going to do about the obligations that were made when I purchased two licences .They sold thousands of software packages to people then sold the company assets and customers. They refuse to stand by any of there obligations. I lost thousands . The site software I purchased is riddled with bugs and not secure . I purchased two licences. BUYERS BE Aware

Thanking Lora for exceptional Customer service - SkaDate Software I have been using the SkaDate Dating Software since November 2019. They issue ticket numbers for each service request. From the date I started, up to now, I have contacted SkaDate for different support requirements. Lora was in customer service since I started and she helped me on a few different occasions. I need to mention that the service I received from Lora was exceptional from the beginning. I had some issues recently, she gave more than 100% in fixing my issue. She contacted my hosting provider on behalf of me. Although She is in customer service she has a good knowledge of IT as well. I wanted to thank Lora for her wonderful customer service. Don't use Skadate Don't use Skadate. I had been using Skadate for 8 years until the beginning of this year when I moved because they nearly destroyed my business. I had used their software quite happily until they decided to change it and my old platform would no longer be supported. The migration was terrible. It started in March last year. They took 3 week instead of the few days I was quoted. My site was down for 3 weeks! Then once it was back up it was so slow, my members couldn't get on, just buffering. A dating site that you can't log onto because it timesout ALL the time. They insisted it was our server, which it wasn't. When we gave them access to our server, they finally conceded it was their software. A plugin was supposed to be the problem and was "fixed" but it made no difference. This (December last year) was when they decided to stop answering my emails and texts (yes it was so bad I had the direct number of one of the support staff in the Kyrgyz Republic). Luckily in September I had already started looking around for an alternative platform and moved in January this year. I'm now with a fantastic company with support that is second to none. I've been working hard to get my customer's trust back and now my turnover is much better than it ever was with Skadate. Look for alternatives to Skadate, they are out there.
