They refuse to stand by any of there obligations. I lost thousands . The site software I purchased is riddled with bugs and not secure . I purchased two licences. BUYERS BE Aware

Thanking Lora for exceptional Customer service - SkaDate Software I have been using the SkaDate Dating Software since November 2019. They issue ticket numbers for each service request. From the date I started, up to now, I have contacted SkaDate for different support requirements. Lora was in customer service since I started and she helped me on a few different occasions. I need to mention that the service I received from Lora was exceptional from the beginning. I had some issues recently, she gave more than 100% in fixing my issue. She contacted my hosting provider on behalf of me. Although She is in customer service she has a good knowledge of IT as well. I wanted to thank Lora for her wonderful customer service. Dating software with a lot of gaps For some inconceivable reason skadate really likes to upset their customers. It takes about 1 or 2 months to get your head around the admin side of the software. Once the site is up and running with active users you will start noticing a lot of unfinished or half-baked features that the users will complain about. Try talking to support about these issues and they will promise to fix it in the next release, but the fix never happens. Some people have been waiting for 3-4 years for things that a developer could patch in an hour. As it stands here are some pending issues that are on their to do list that we called out Have a read and make your purchase decision wisely. 1. Support for multilingual emails. Right now the only messages that get sent out in the language of the user are the registration confirmation emails. All other emails are in the default site language. 2. Matchmaking algorithm does not take into account the "Match Age" criteria that the user specifies during sign up. Why is the match age field there if it plays no role in matchmaking? 3. Language packs offered by skadate are poorly translated. The quality of translation is similar to that of Google translate. 4. Notification emails for Winks arrive whilst user's session is active. This results in high volume of unsubscribes. Wink emails should instead be included in the digest email similar to other notifications.
