Withdrawing pets it won't let me withdraw my mega owl bear and says that the bot doesn't have my pet in its inventory (error code 2.)

Definitely a scam Definitely a scam, why would you want us to put in our card details?? And stop with the copy paste message crap, I want a real, handwritten message saying sorry or whatever. If there is another way to pay tell me okay? But if not I won't and will not ever buy from this website. Yes, there are some 5 star reviews but more 1 star instead of being lead by what the website says be lead by what the customers say. Don't just take in the positive reviews, look at some negative reviews.

scam! put in the money bought the pet and apparently i had a trade still going when i didnt now i cant any pet or my money back starpets seems amazing but dont go for it

May be a scam I have bought about £25 worth of pets and have tried to withdraw them many times but every time I friend a bot it doesn’t accept my request back. I ama bit fed up tbh as was very exited at the prospect of having loads of new cool pets. If star pets sees this review please could I have a bit more communication on what’s going on and if possible a full refund

Are they trusted?? I got a mega owl but when I joined the bot they kept saying “error please buy the pet before trading” but I already brought it, so I’m not sure if it was a glitch but I never got my owl so this might scam you but I’m not sure
