I was notified throughout the process but didn't receive my payment as anticipated. I called the recell.io support staff, they were helpful and kindly expedited my device payment. I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. They received and confirmed the receipt of my phone, but after that, they simply stopped responding to my multiple emails. It has been over a month, and I have neither received payment nor had my phone returned. This level of disregard and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Initially I was little hesitant to sell… Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review. Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone. After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone. I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone. They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price. Within few days I received my payment cheque.

They stole my phones and didn’t pay Currently owed $1000+ by Recell. They sent me a check for partial payment and it bounced. They are making no efforts to fix the situation. Edit: I have received payment for the bounced check after countless emails, currently waiting for payment for 2 other orders. Will update next week when I hear back. Another update: they stopped responding to me again, threatened to not pay me unless I remove the reviews. I told them I would remove the reviews once I’m paid. I am still owed. Beware, they will steal your phones and not pay you
