Absolute Scam Absolute Scam! Stolen my phones over $3000. Sold my phones to them in March. Recieved an email claiming they have initialed my paper check in April, however, nothing was received since then. Asked for reissue a echeck but no response since May. Today is June.15. Looking for legit solution now. Stay away from this scam company please!

Top dollar and quick! Selling my old phone to Recell was a very positive experience. I decided to try Recell initially because the quoted price was the highest compared to competitors. I was emailed simple instructions and a mailing label immediatly. I was notified promptly when my phone was received, confirmed that the phone was in the condition that I had claimed, and when my payment was in process. The whole process took only about two weeks. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to sell a cell phone.

June 2 2023 - Sent another follow up email for an update June 5 2023 - Ariel: "I will found out and let you know" June 12 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email June 15 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response June 27 2023 - Sent yet another follow up email, still no response Closing in on 2 months and this one reputable company has gone dark and are stealing people's phones. Initially I was little hesitant to sell… Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review. Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone. After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone. I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone. They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price. Within few days I received my payment cheque.

Received price as quoted, highest of all trade-ins! I sent in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the quoted estimate, highest of all trade-in values, and upon inspection I received the full original quote. I was notified throughout the process but didn't receive my payment as anticipated. I called the recell.io support staff, they were helpful and kindly expedited my device payment. I would recommend their service to anyone trading in electronic devices!
