I was always lost as to why or how any… I was always lost as to why or how any of the labs related to the material. They don't explain why you are doing any of the steps and sometimes it is very unclear why you are doing that particular lab at all. I didn't learn anything from them, just clicked my way to the end every time

Practice test engine not at all like the question in the real exam. The practice test engine for CASP-002 didn't really prepare me much for the actual test. The question were not at all similar to the ones on the exam. I wasn't expecting a word for word question/answer mirrored to the exam, but I was at least expecting a question that's in the fashion of the Exam questions. The exam questions were extremely convoluted with multiple degrees of "gotcha" questions. I feel that the practice tests should be in the same fashion. The practice test question were extremely short in comparison to what I experienced with the CompTIA CASP-002 test.

I prefer an in-person instruction… I prefer an in-person instruction rather than remote instruction. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I prefer a hand-on type of class. Also, the staff at the location of the classroom were helpful, but one of the staff did not know how to troubleshoot the setup of the computer and its screen. It would have been nice to have someone there that was knowledgeable about the course itself.

Great Training Kaplan Training was one of the best resources for my CompTIA A+ preparation. I would recommend Kaplan without reserve.

Excellent Training the teacher has been… Excellent Training the teacher has been great. He goes above and beyond to try to help you with study sessions after the class is over. Highly recommend.
