I prefer an in-person instruction… I prefer an in-person instruction rather than remote instruction. The instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful, but I prefer a hand-on type of class. Also, the staff at the location of the classroom were helpful, but one of the staff did not know how to troubleshoot the setup of the computer and its screen. It would have been nice to have someone there that was knowledgeable about the course itself.

The real test was harder than the practice exams The real test was actually harder than expected, it would be nice if the difficulty was closer to the real test.

Excellent Training the teacher has been… Excellent Training the teacher has been great. He goes above and beyond to try to help you with study sessions after the class is over. Highly recommend.

Waste of Time, Money Your questions mostly cover the chapters we still haven't gone over. Even then the questions are worded so poorly and have so many grammar and spelling mistakes that doing 90 of them in a row gives me a headache. To top it off your questions or anything like them are nowhere to be found on the certification exam. None of it. Waste of time, waste of money.

Good information, but no simulations included Some of the questions have typos or mistakes that are distracting. I also think this should include labs that are similar to what we will have on the tests. But overall a good source of information.
