I didn't expect that the phone to be secured in its own holder which is then held within the cover by magnets. It is nice to be able to have the phone by itself or keep in the cover. I sprayed some leather protectant on it and I look forward to using this for a good long time.

Phone wallet Ordering on-line was great and the delivery was quick. Product is of awesome quality. The only complaint the magnetic strap won't stay closed if there is more than the one card in each of the three slots on the wallet side. And forget adding multiple dollar bills.

They charged me before sending the item… They charged me before sending the item with no confirmation of charge or shipping. It was delayed so long I asked them to cancel - no response. 3 emails and a phone call (the number on the site takes you to another random business) and I'm still waiting on a refund. Will be contesting the charge on my CC

Poor customer service After many Emails questions to the customer service concerning an RMA autorization are still waiting for answers. Very frustrating to read that the are taking care of you but no answer from customer service neither a phone call to explain what is going on. Merci
