ordered a case and paid for one day… ordered a case and paid for one day shipping and haven't received product and there's no phone number associated with this company. Shady to say the least. since my last review, I would like to say that Erik (owner of enphold) reached out to me to explain shipping and did express he would address folks taking calls to be more helpful. After receiving phone case I will say this has been a great experience and the product is fantastic. 5 stars on this product.

I am extremely disappointed I am extremely disappointed - the tassel holder already holder broke after a week of safely use - Also, the phone does not charge on the wireless charger and I can barely be heard when responding a call. I have send emails to Enphold and have never heard back from thém.

Don’t pay extra for faster shipping I requested 3 day shipping to protect my new phone asap. It took closer to 14 days. They may have shipped it using a 3 day service, but they didn’t have product themselves to ship for over a week, so express service was worthless. The product was fine and their customer service and communication was actually pretty good. I would order again except without paying for faster delivery.

The product is beautifully detailed, customer service lacking The product is beautifully detailed. We unfortunately received one that was the wrong color and did not match up correctly to the phone it was purchased for. We attempted to both email the company and call them without success. So we, unfortunately, are returning the case and paying for the return postage.... even though it was at no fault of ours. Customer service—— where?

This company has made false claims on… This company has made false claims on their website about their shipping process and they do not respond to email. The phone number on their site directs you to a random individual not affiliated with them. After no shipping confirmation from them after a week but a charge on my credit card the day after placing the order, I reached out to request an update. After no response days later, I reached out to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card - again, no response. The three weeks after the placement of my order and still no reply to my messages, they send me a shipping confirmation email. I will be returning the item if it ever arrives and demanding a refund though I imagine I will have to contest the charge through my bank. This company should not be allowed to conduct business in this manner.
