GBThe red case for my new iPhone 12-mini… The case for my new iPhone 12-mini arrived today. The fit is perfect and the workmanship and attention to detail that went into this piece is impressive (definitely not like the cheap fake leather cases I had for earlier iPhone models in the past). I go for vibrant colours as I look for my iPhone many times throughout the day. This time I opted for red, and the colour is extremely pleasing. I am also relieved that I managed to fit 4 cards. This means that I do not need to carry a purse, not even a small one. Indeed, that was one of my criteria for the model I selected. Last but not least the company is responsive and attentive. So, on the whole an excellent experience!

GBThe buttons on the case are way too… The buttons on the case are way too touchy. I’m constantly taking screenshots and activating Siri. It’s quite annoying. I’m thinking about going with a different brand of folio iPhone case company that I have used in the past.

GBThis turned out better than I expected This turned out better than I expected. It is well made and of very good quality. I didn't expect that the phone to be secured in its own holder which is then held within the cover by magnets. It is nice to be able to have the phone by itself or keep in the cover. I sprayed some leather protectant on it and I look forward to using this for a good long time.

We unfortunately received one that was the wrong color and did not match up correctly to the phone it was purchased for. We attempted to both email the company and call them without success. So we, unfortunately, are returning the case and paying for the return postage.... even though it was at no fault of ours. Customer service—— where?
